Early Childhood Programs-on-Wheels (Pre K–K)
30 minutes, maximum 24 students and minimum age requirement of 3 years.

Elementary & Secondary Programs-on-Wheels (Grade level varies per program)
45 minutes, maximum 30 participants

Booking

• All groups are required to make a reservation.
• Book as far in advance as possible. Reservations for programs close two weeks out.
• Please use this form to request one program topic at a time.
• If your requested dates, times or programs are already fully booked, you will be contacted about selecting an alternative date.

Confirmation

• Submitting this form DOES NOT confirm your reservation.
• You will receive an email within 4 business days to discuss details about your virtual Programs on Wheels. Once details have been confirmed, you will receive an e-confirmation from a reservation specialist.
• If you do not receive an email within 4 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact a reservation specialist at (513) 287-7021.

Policies

• Programs are available for schools, daycare centers, pre-schools, libraries, community centers, church groups, scouts, summer camps and more.
• Available Monday through Friday during business hours and weekends and evenings if staff is available.
• Consecutive programs booked on the same day should be scheduled with at least 15 minutes between programs.
• Confirmation materials are emailed at the time of reservation.

Payment and cancellations

• Payment by credit card, check or purchase order is required two weeks in advance. Programs are subject to reschedule if payment has not been received by that time.
• If you need to make a change or cancel your program, please call (513) 287-7021 at least 48 hours in advance of your program. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to scheduled program time is subject to a charge of 100% of the total reservation.
• For cancellations due to inclement weather or emergency closings, please call (513) 287-7021 as soon as possible prior to your visit date and time to leave a cancellation message.
